Smell Perfume is an online-only retailer. Orders are packed at our business and order fulfilment address, Dharamver Nagar, Vasant Vihar, Manpada, Thane, Maharashtra 400610, India, and handed to a courier from there. Nothing can be collected in person.

Orders after 2:00 PM IST on business days join the next working day’s pickup; Sunday is not a dispatch day. These are estimates from our couriers’ usual performance, not guarantees.

Charges

Free delivery on orders of ₹699 and above. Below that, a flat ₹49 for the order. The product page price is the price of the product; any delivery charge is shown before checkout is completed.

How fragrance is packed

Glass bottles and oil rollers are wrapped individually and boxed with fill. Perfume is a liquid in glass – if a parcel arrives visibly crushed or smells of fragrance through the carton, photograph it before opening and see the Return and Refund Policy.

Where we deliver

Across India through national courier partners. We do not ship outside India. Some couriers restrict the carriage of alcohol-based liquids by air, which occasionally means a surface route and a longer transit to remote PIN codes.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to your order email when the parcel is collected. No movement for three working days? Send your Order ID to [email protected].

Addresses

We ship to the address given at checkout. An incomplete address usually means a returned parcel; we will contact you to re-dispatch and the re-delivery charge is payable by the customer.
