What does delivery cost?

Free on orders of ₹699 and above; a flat ₹49 below that.

How can I pay?

UPI or cash on delivery. No cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Can you give me a GST tax invoice?

No. We are not registered for GST – this shop operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. GST is not charged separately on your order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. The price shown on a product page is the price of the product; any delivery charge is shown before checkout is completed.

What is the difference between an attar, a perfume oil and an eau de parfum?

Attars and perfume oils are alcohol-free and concentrated: they sit close to the skin, project very little and last a long time. An eau de parfum is alcohol-based, so it projects into a room and fades faster. Extrait sits above eau de parfum in concentration. Every listing states which it is.

Can I return a perfume if I do not like the scent?

Only if it is unopened with the seal intact. Once sprayed or rolled onto skin it cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned. If you are unsure of a profile, start with a 6 or 10 ml roll-on rather than a 100 ml bottle.

Are these the original designer fragrances?

No. We sell attars, perfume oils and eau de parfum described by their own note structure. Nothing here is sold as a product of another perfume house, and we make no claim of affiliation with any brand.

Why does the same perfume smell different on me?

Skin chemistry, temperature and humidity all change how notes develop. This is normal and is not a fault with the product – it is also why we describe top, heart and base notes separately.

How should I store fragrance?

Away from direct sunlight and heat, with the cap on. Bathrooms are the worst place for perfume because of the temperature swings.

Is cash on delivery available everywhere?

For eligible orders and PIN codes – checkout will tell you. There is no extra fee for using it.

Can I visit and smell before buying?

No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address on this site is our business and order fulfilment address.
