This is where orders are packed and sent from. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom, so please do not travel here to buy or to smell a fragrance.

What to include

  • Order or delivery: Order ID and the delivery PIN code.
  • Damaged or leaking: Order ID plus photographs of the parcel and contents, within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the packaging.
  • Return: Order ID and the item, within 10 days – unopened, seal intact.
  • Refund: Order ID; for cash-on-delivery orders, bank or UPI details for the transfer.
  • Before you buy: the product name or SKU and what you want to know – we can help you compare a fragrance against the notes and concentration listed.

What we can and cannot answer

We can tell you the volume, the concentration, the note structure and whether an item is in stock. We cannot tell you how a fragrance will smell on your skin, or how long it will last on you – both vary by person, and any shop that promises otherwise is guessing.
