What Smell Perfume collects when you order, and what happens to it.

Collected

• Name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email address.
• Order contents, amount and payment method chosen.
• Ordinary technical information your browser sends when it requests a page.

Not collected: UPI PINs, card numbers, bank passwords. Payments happen inside the payment method’s own systems.

Why

To pack and deliver orders, answer questions about them, process returns and refunds, and keep the business records required of us.

Only the service providers needed to operate the store – the courier delivering your parcel, the provider hosting this website, and the payment method – or where disclosure is required by law. Customer data is not sold and is not passed on for marketing.
