Scope

These terms apply to purchases from Smell Perfume through this website.

The seller

An online retailer of perfumes, attars, fragrance oils and home fragrance, operating from Dharamver Nagar, Vasant Vihar, Manpada, Thane, Maharashtra 400610, India. Online only – there is no customer-facing showroom.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy, confirmed by email once payment is received or a cash-on-delivery order is accepted. If an item proves unavailable we tell you and refund in full – see Cancellation Policy.

Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in Indian rupees; delivery charges appear before checkout is completed; payment is UPI or cash on delivery only.

This shop is not registered for GST. It operates below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not currently apply. No GST is charged separately on an order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. The invoice packed with the goods is an order invoice only.

How we describe fragrance

Every listing states the volume, the concentration – attar, perfume oil, eau de parfum or extrait – and the note structure. Where a fragrance family or accord is named, it describes the scent profile of the product itself. We do not sell any product as being made by, endorsed by or affiliated with another perfume house, and we do not describe our stock as a copy or replica of any branded fragrance.

Skin and sensitivity

Fragrance is applied to skin and can irritate. Patch test on a small area first, particularly if you have sensitive skin. Nothing sold here is a cosmetic treatment or a medicinal product, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Warranty

We add no warranty of our own. Damaged, wrong or incomplete deliveries are handled under the Return and Refund Policy.

Liability

Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where the law permits, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

Governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
