The window

Contact Smell Perfume within 10 days of delivery to raise a return. Telling us inside that window is what matters; the item does not have to be back with us by then.

Sealed only – and why

Fragrance can be returned only if it is unopened, with the seal and any shrink-wrap intact. Once a bottle has been sprayed or a roller has touched skin, it cannot be sold to anyone else. This is a hygiene limit, not a way of refusing returns, and it applies to every perfume, attar, oil and mist we sell.

Damaged, wrong or leaking

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended for glass. We review what you send and arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable. Keep the packaging until the claim is closed.

Scent is subjective

We describe every fragrance by its note structure, concentration and volume so you can judge it before buying. We cannot accept a return because a scent did not suit you once the bottle is open – that is the one thing no description can settle for you. Where you are unsure, the smaller roll-on sizes are the low-risk way to try a profile.

Return shipping

• Change of mind, unopened: the customer pays return shipping.
• Damaged, wrong or incomplete, confirmed as our error: we cover or reimburse it.

Refunds

Processed within 5 business days of the return reaching us and being checked, to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by transfer to bank or UPI details you provide. A duplicate payment on one order is refunded within 5 business days once confirmed, separately from any return.

Exchanges

We do not offer a direct exchange. If you would like a different item, return the unused piece in its original packaging within the return window for a refund and place a fresh order.
